At Citibank, Hugh and Charles were innovators in the credit card securitization markets, known for creating, building, and managing the first "Master Trust". The "Master Trust" structure has subsequently been used for many other asset classes, including auto and equipment dealer floorplan transactions.

Hugh and Charles were responsible for managing Citibank's $200B+ credit card and asset-backed commercial paper securitization programs during their tenure together.

An II-ranked CDO analyst at Lehman Brothers pre-crisis, Michael advised the firm and its clients against purchasing ABS CDOs. Now an advisor to financial institutions after an additional four years as a senior analyst at Scottwood Capital Management's credit opportunities fund and two years as a senior banker at the merchant bank, Spring Hill Capital Partners.
